🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years backend development with PHP and/or Golang in production
- Hands-on experience with card payments and PSP/acquirer integrations
- Understanding payment flows: authorization, capture, refunds, chargebacks
- Strong OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture knowledge
- SQL, database design, and performance optimization
- Experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka and Redis caching
- Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
