Work as Back-End Developer in CX Products Team on a multi-year project.
Build data extraction, visualization, AI decision processes, and integrations with high availability.
Collaborate with Product Owner and Technical Lead to design features and estimate timescales.
Ensure architectures are resilient with no single point of failure.
Work in a small team of ~10 delivering value and fixing defects.

🎯 Requirements

.NET, C#, and SQL experience.
Experience deploying Docker containers in AWS.
Knowledge of AWS hosting: ECR, ECS, EC2, RDS.
Experience in call centres and telephony is a plus.
