📋 Description

• Execute accurate, timely DME billing workflows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; submit claims and appeals.
• Interpret EOBs, resolve denials, and manage aged accounts.
• Use Brightree and NikoHealth; document in EMRs.
• Apply CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 knowledge with HIPAA/CMS/ERISA rules.
• Communicate with payers and teammates; PST-aligned hours.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in DME billing and insurance reimbursement.
• EOB interpretation; manage denials and appeals.
• CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 knowledge; HIPAA, CMS, ERISA rules.
• Strong attention to detail; accurate, complete claims.
• Strong communication; collaborate with payers and internal teams.
