Who We Are
Babylist is the leading registry, e-commerce, and content platform for growing families. More than 9 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, trusted guidance, and expert product recommendations for new parents and the people who love them. Hundreds of brands in baby and beyond partner with Babylist to engage meaningfully with families during one of life’s most important transitions. With over $1 billion in annual GMV, and more than $500 million in 2024 revenue, Babylist is reshaping the $320 billion baby product industry. We’re helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step. Our Ways of Working
Babylist thrives as a remote-first company, with HQ team members located across the U.S. and Canada. We meet in person twice a year—once as a company and once by department to strengthen the relationships that power our work. We show up consistently, stay purpose-driven, and achieve results —together, from anywhere.
This role requires travel, likely once a month, to supply chain and fulfillment locations including 3PL partners, our Columbus, Ohio facility, headquarters, and other vendor sites as needed.
What the Role Is
At Babylist, we exist to serve new and expecting parents. We help them make confident decisions, connect with their community, and feel truly ready for their new family member. As we scale rapidly, we’re seeking a proven supply chain executive, not someone seeking a first step into leadership, to shape how we deliver joy, trust, and care to millions of families in the months and years ahead.
As Director of Supply Chain Strategy, you will own the 6–18 month strategic horizon for Babylist’s fulfillment, transportation, logistics, and continuous improvement network. This role bridges the gap between near-term operational execution (0–6 months) and long-term enterprise design (18+ months), building the foundational blocks required to sustain 20–30% annual growth while driving measurable results today. You’ll partner closely with our Director of Operations, who oversees shorter-term execution, and our SVP of Supply Chain, who leads long-term strategic vision, ensuring all three time horizons align seamlessly into a unified, scalable growth plan.
This is a highly hands-on, impact-oriented role. You’ll combine strategic foresight with a “seek to understand” mindset, rolling up your sleeves in the operation while building and executing a roadmap that scales our network, enhances customer experience, and drives cost efficiency. This is a rare opportunity to shape the next phase of Babylist’s supply chain within a mission-driven, tech-enabled company during a pivotal period of growth.
