📋 Description

• Act as strategic advisor to CFO; shape priorities and long-term plan
• Lead board materials and executive presentations
• Drive due diligence; evaluate BD and M&A opportunities
• Manage cross-functional initiatives with clear ownership
• Prepare investor pre-reads; coordinate with banks/advisors
• Draft first-pass financial and strategic materials; edit inputs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in MBB or investment banking with ownership of analyses
• Manage senior stakeholders; translate objectives into actionable direction
• Strong financial acumen; build frameworks; evaluate tradeoffs under ambiguity
• Partner with senior executives; synthesize inputs across finance, product, operations, legal
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; board/investor materials
• High ownership; independently manage priorities and deadlines
