  • Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad

  • Strong BA experience with exposure to customer journey design, process documentation, and streamlining
  • Retail Fraud, Credit, and Collections domain experience
  • Ability to work across business and technology teams to design and improve customer servicing and fraud mitigation journeys
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management across multiple functions
  • Prior HSBC experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
