- Strong BA experience with exposure to customer journey design, process documentation, and streamlining
- Retail Fraud, Credit, and Collections domain experience
- Ability to work across business and technology teams to design and improve customer servicing and fraud mitigation journeys
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management across multiple functions
- Prior HSBC experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
