BA/PM - Transaction Management Lead - Pune

📋 Description

• Lead the transaction management workstream across change, design, readiness and rollout.
• Define priorities across trade capture, settlement instrs, exceptions, and cut-offs.
• Partner with ops, product, tech, and leadership to align outcomes and milestones.
• Oversee controls, runbooks, and Day 1/Day 2 support models.
• Review FX, liquidity, client funding, and market cut-offs.
• Produce operational docs and training materials, ensure user readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in securities services, transaction management, settlements, or post-trade transformation.
• Deep domain knowledge across trade lifecycle processing and settlement operations.
• Strong understanding of settlement flows and corporate action/income events.
• Ability to analyse dependencies across FX, liquidity, and funding.
• Demonstrated leadership of large change programmes or workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior clients and sponsors.
