- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Hands-on experience in writing user stories and supporting Agile delivery
- Experience performing UAT and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams
- Experience within Financial Services or consulting environments is preferred
