  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and specifications

  • Collaborate closely with Business & Functions (B&F) stakeholders and technology teams
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and status updates

  • 5โ€“8 years of experience as a BA or PM consultant.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Hands-on experience in writing user stories and supporting Agile delivery
  • Experience performing UAT and stakeholder coordination
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams
  • Experience within Financial Services or consulting environments is preferred
