🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years BA delivery exp in Capital Markets (Risk/Capital/Liquidity).
- Proven BA experience in BRD, doc generation, coordination, stakeholder mgmt.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organization, prioritization and docs skills.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, JIRA, Confluence and MS Projects is a plus.
