Lead backlog health, sprint readiness, and roadmaps for three Observability teams.
Define success criteria and track outcomes from ideation through delivery.
Stay informed on observability tooling and cloud infrastructure trends.
Drive AI adoption within the three teams and AI-driven workflows.
Track cross-team dependencies and surface risks early.
Coordinate with Platform Eng, DevOps, SRE, and Product leadership.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor in CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.
3+ years PM/TPM/PO delivering technical products.
2+ years working with engineering teams in Agile.
Solid technical foundation to discuss architecture and cloud infra.
Strong PM instincts to manage multi-team dependencies and risk.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
