🎯 Requirements
- Comfortable with phone-based outreach and talking to new people
- Clear, trustworthy, engaging communication style
- Strong ability to understand intent and adapt conversations
- Proficient in business English, both written and spoken
- Experience in outbound sales, telesales, insurance, finance, or ed services a plus
