- Strong understanding of B2B channels: paid media, email, SEO, ABM, content.
- Bias for action and ownership; able to move from plan to execution.
- Data-driven and analytical; uses metrics to optimize outcomes.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Looker.
