🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-7 years in B2B or demand-gen marketing in healthcare or digital health.
  • Strong understanding of B2B channels: paid media, email, SEO, ABM, content.
  • Bias for action and ownership; able to move from plan to execution.
  • Data-driven and analytical; uses metrics to optimize outcomes.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Looker.
