B2B - Delivery & Experience Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Own daily B2B delivery schedules and routing.
• Validate orders for volume shifts, access, and risks.
• Create and manage delivery tasks in OnFleet and tools.
• Monitor in-route performance; intervene on delays.
• Resolve real-time execution failures (missed deliveries, access).
• Provide proactive oversight for high-priority accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in logistics coordination, dispatch, fulfillment ops, or CX.
• Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong written communication; clear, structured.
• High attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (filters, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with routing platforms (OnFleet preferred).
