B12 is seeking a talented Video Content Creator to produce compelling on-camera video content that showcases our brand and products. This remote role collaborates with the marketing team to deliver high-quality videos across channels.

Role Overview

As a Video Content Creator (On-Camera), you will plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for our marketing and product storytelling efforts. You will work independently in a remote environment and help grow our audience with authentic on-screen content.

What you'll do

• Plan and script on-camera videos, create shot lists, and storyboards
• Operate camera and lighting for high-quality video shoots
• Record on-camera performances and clean audio for play-ready content
• Edit video using industry-standard tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
• Color grade, mix audio, add graphics, and deliver final cuts for multiple platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand and goals
• Manage timelines and asset library for easy reuse

Who we're looking for

• Proven experience in video production and on-camera presentation
• Strong video editing skills with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects
• Good storytelling, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects independently
• Portfolio showing recent on-camera videos
