📋 Description

  • Maintain regular outreach to ensure ongoing engagement and retention
  • Uncover upsell opportunities via open questions, product knowledge, and reviews
  • Coordinate Azul resources across sales, SE, CS, and Support
  • Monitor customer engagement and health scores to assess renewal risk
  • Develop quotes and renewal opportunities in Salesforce.com
  • Understand and implement pricing/discounting practices to reduce churn

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years renewal sales or sales experience
  • IT departments/IT management experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com opportunity management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail- and process-oriented
