🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Experience owning HW lifecycle including manufacturing intro and sustain.
- Strong systems-level RF understanding with hands-on validation.
- Experience in concept development and component choices for production hardware.
- Exposure to regulatory compliance and RED/FCC certification a plus.
- Strong cross-functional communication and solution mindset.
