Your ImpactYou design, grow, and run Axon’s strategic partner ecosystem across enterprise partners. You’ll turn partners like Skydio, Auror, Microsoft, Allied Universal, and Securitas into force multipliers for Axon. You align technology, services, and field operations so Axon is the obvious choice in enterprise security, critical infrastructure, and Physical AI. This is a quota-carrying role tied to partner growth.We are looking for intelligent people who want to do remarkable things. Location: Remotely from the United States. Must live within an hour of a major airport and on the road 35%-40% of time.

What You'll Do

Build and scale the strategic ecosystem

  • Expand and mature Axon’s strategic partner program in the US across technology and physical security partners.
  • Own and deepen flagship alliances with Skydio, Auror, Microsoft, Allied Universal, and Securitas.
  • Identify and prioritize new partners across VMS, PSIM, access control, and broader physical security platforms that extend Axon’s value in the enterprise.

Drive joint strategy and GTM

  • Develop joint business plans, commercial models, and success metrics with key partners.
  • Define clear partner plays around integrated solutions, including case management, video, video analytics, drones, and digital evidence management.
  • Work with sales, solutions engineers, product, and marketing to build repeatable partner-led and co-sell motions for law enforcement and private security customers.

Operationalize partnerships

  • Manage and improve the partner portal and partner tooling so Skydio, Auror, Microsoft, Allied Universal, Securitas, and others are always enabled and up to date.
  • Build and run partner training, certifications, and enablement content tied to Axon’s platform, APIs, and integrations.
  • Set up regular QBRs and governance rhythms with strategic partners to review performance and adjust plans.

Influence complex deals

  • Use partners to unlock and win complex enterprise security opportunities.
  • Work with account teams to structure deals where partner capabilities close gaps or remove procurement blockers.
  • Coach field teams on when and how to pull in named partners to win.

  • You connect the dots across partners, physical security, and technology ecosystems. You can frame problems, size opportunities, and propose clear partner strategies.

  • You are comfortable owning a book of strategic partners and running with imperfect information. You create clarity and momentum.

Trusted advisor

  • You can sit with executives at Skydio, Auror, Microsoft, Allied Universal, Securitas, and major customers and credibly guide commercial structures and joint strategy.

Multitasking and execution

  • You manage multiple partners, regions, and deal cycles without dropping the ball. You know when to say no and when to push.

Elite communication and influence

  • You communicate crisply with Axon leadership, field sales, partners, and customers. You influence without direct authority and know how to get to yes.

Detail orientation

  • You manage agreements, integrations, marketing commitments, and joint plans with precision.

Data and tools

  • You are comfortable in Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics and Excel. You build reports and models on partner pipeline, revenue, and performance.

Domain experience (strong plus)

  • Experience with VMS, PSIM, access control, alarm monitoring, SOC operations, or broader physical security technology.
  • Background working with technology ecosystems, integrators, or guarding companies in public safety, retail, critical infrastructure, or enterprise security.

The Pay: The compensation for this role is made up of an uncapped commissions and a starting base pay between USD 123800 in the lowest geographic market and USD 198000 in the highest geographic market. On average, the national commissions target for this role is USD 100000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
