About the Role
As a Strategic Account Executive for the Southeast, you will own and grow relationships with strategic customers across the Southeast region. You will drive revenue growth by expanding within existing accounts and pursuing new strategic opportunities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that matter to public safety customers.
What you'll do
- Develop and close strategic, multi-quarter deals with enterprise customers in the Southeast region.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; forecast accurately; meet or exceed quota.
- Collaborate with product, customer success, legal, and finance teams to craft compelling solutions.
- Develop deep knowledge of customer needs, competition, and market trends in the public safety sector.
- Travel as needed to meet with customers and participate in regional events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of strategic/enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, preferably with public safety or government customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing complex deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and solution selling skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics/tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
