Overview

Axon is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for Germany to accelerate growth in the German market. This client-facing role will manage strategic accounts, develop account plans, and drive revenue growth with cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

Manage and grow strategic accounts in Germany, developing and executing account plans to meet revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and close complex deals with enterprise customers.
Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver value and drive customer success.
Negotiate contracts and lead multi-stakeholder deals across the organization.
Maintain accurate forecast and sales pipeline in CRM.

What we're looking for

Proven track record in enterprise/field sales, ideally in B2B/SaaS.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in German and English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and travel as needed.
