Sr Technical Program Manager, Enterprise

Axon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Enterprise to lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive enterprise initiatives for the organization.

Overview

As a Sr Technical Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs, partnering with product, engineering, security, privacy, and operations teams to align on scope, milestones, risks, and success metrics. You will drive cross-functional execution across multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and communicate progress to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise-scale technical programs from inception to delivery.
• Partner with product, engineering, IT, security, privacy, and customer success teams to define scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop program roadmaps, track dependencies, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide status updates to executives and stakeholders; influence without authority.
• Coach and mentor junior program managers and partners across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles, delivering complex software or hardware programs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies, project planning, and risk management.
• Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
