- Participate in the Axon Product Lifecycle; ensure CAPA, validation plans, CTQ, FAIR/PPAP.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
- Lead NCMR/MRB and manage material dispositions with cross-functional teams.
- Drive 8D investigations and RCA; implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop FAIRs, PPAP and AQL sampling for inspections.
- Provide support to Receiving Inspection with Gage R&R, MSA, and inspection procedures.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Quality Engineering, or related.
- 5+ years in production/manufacturing quality engineering.
- Experience with CAPA, RCA/8D, PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA, and validation.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (CSSGB/CSSBB).
- Strong IPC-A-610 knowledge and related standards.
- Proficiency with MS Office and statistical tools like Minitab, JMP.
