This role sits at the intersection of customers, sales, and engineering, translating business needs into scalable technical outcomes.

Overview

Join Axon as a Solutions Engineer to support our Customer Enablement and Technical Solutions teams. You will work closely with customers to understand requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and design effective integrations and solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
Demonstrate product capabilities and articulate value to stakeholders.
Design and present scalable technical solutions and integrations.
Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful adoption.
Respond to technical inquiries and support ongoing success post-sale.

Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in technical solution design, pre-sales, or customer enablement.
Familiarity with APIs, SaaS integrations, or cloud-based architectures.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
