Axon – Solutions Architect, Records/Standards

Axon is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, Records/Standards to design and implement scalable architectures for records management and information governance. In this role, you will partner with customers, product, and engineering to define standards, data models, and integration patterns that ensure secure, compliant records management across Axon's platforms. You will lead technical conversations, produce reference architectures and deployment guides, and help customers transform their records practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, product, and engineering to define records and standards architectures
• Design and promote information governance solutions and data models
• Architect integrations and data flows between Axon platforms and customer systems
• Ensure security, compliance, and privacy considerations are reflected in architectures
• Create reference architectures, deployment guides, and best practices
• Provide technical leadership in customer engagements and pre-sales support
• Stay current with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, records management, or information governance
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, metadata, taxonomy, and information governance frameworks
• Experience with cloud architectures and API integrations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
