Solutions Architect II, Fusus

Job Description

Axon is seeking a Solutions Architect II for the Fusus product to join our team in Boston, MA. This customer-facing role will design, implement, and optimize technical solutions built on the Axon Fusus platform. You will translate complex customer requirements into scalable architectures, guide deployments, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to drive success.

What you'll do

• Work with customers to understand business goals and translate them into technical architectures using Fusus.
• Design and present reference architectures, integration patterns, data models, security considerations, and migration plans.
• Lead technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps and resolve implementation challenges.
• Provide guidance during deployments, integrations, and post-implementation optimization.
• Support sales teams with technical scoping and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in solutions architecture, consulting, or customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), REST APIs, and data integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
