Your Impact

Axon is seeking a motivated Senior Revenue Systems & Data Analyst to support our global revenue operations and transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong foundation in revenue accounting or FP&A, with a passion for systems, data integrity, and automation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency across revenue systems, supporting month-end close, and driving continuous improvements in data quality, reporting, and process automation. Working closely with the Revenue Transformation, Accounting, and FP&A teams, you’ll help maintain the backbone of Axon’s revenue reporting ecosystem.

What You’ll Do 

  • Support revenue system operations: Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting between revenue subledger, ERP, and BI tools.
  • Month-end close support: Assist with revenue data loads, tie-outs, and system reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting under ASC 606.
  • Data analysis & reporting: Use Excel and SQL to analyze revenue results, identify anomalies, and support management reporting and forecasting.
  • Maintain data integrity: Partner with IT and Finance teams to ensure clean data flows and accurate configuration within revenue systems (e.g., RevStream, Zuora).
  • Automation & process improvement: Build and enhance Excel and Power BI reports to streamline reconciliations and reduce manual effort.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Accounting, FP&A, and Engineering/IT to support system enhancements, testing, and documentation.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed SOPs, process notes, and data flow diagrams to support audit readiness and operational consistency.
What You Bring
  • 3–7 years of experience in revenue accounting and/or FP&A, ideally with exposure to revenue forecasting and system reconciliations.
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 and/or IFRS 15 principles and practical application in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, lookups, modeling); SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Experience with RevStream, Zuora, or other revenue automation tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Sigma, Snowflake).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills across functions and geographies.
  • CPA (or equivalent International certification) preferred.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry with multi-element arrangements preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/CPQ or quote-to-cash processes preferred

Location

This role is based out of our Amsterdam location and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
