Senior Presales Engineer - Italian Law Enforcement & Defence Agencies

Axon is seeking a Senior Presales Engineer to partner with the sales team to design and demonstrate Axon's solutions for public sector customers in Italy, with a focus on law enforcement and defence agencies. You will deliver tailored technical content, drive product demonstrations, and help shape proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Italian law enforcement and defence customers.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Develop technical proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and solution architectures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer success.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of presales engineering, solutions engineering, or equivalent experience in technology sales.
• Experience with public sector, law enforcement or defence customers; familiarity with Italian procurement processes is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Italian and English.
• Ability to design security-focused solutions and articulate value, ROI, and technical outcomes.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and to regional events as needed.
