Role Overview

As Senior Director, Productivity SaaS Delivery, you will own the strategy, execution, and end-to-end delivery of Axon's productivity SaaS offerings. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure timely, high-quality releases that meet business objectives and drive customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale delivery of productivity-focused SaaS platforms across multiple product lines.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to define delivery strategy, roadmaps, and release plans.
\n
• Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams; establish governance and scalable delivery processes.
\n
• Drive operational excellence with robust metrics, program management, and risk mitigation.
\n
• Oversee budgets, resource planning, and vendor/partner relationships as needed.

Qualifications

\n
• 10+ years of SaaS product delivery leadership with track record at the Director level or above.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
\n
• Experience scaling enterprise SaaS platforms and delivering complex programs from concept to deployment.
\n
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/Lean methodologies, and modern delivery practices.
\n
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
\n
