Axon is seeking a Senior Director, Productivity SaaS Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of productivity software as a service. You will guide a global, cross-functional team to drive value for Axon’s customers through scalable, reliable SaaS solutions. This leadership role partners with product, engineering, professional services, and customer success to ensure strong outcomes and sustained growth.

Responsibilities

Define the vision and strategy for productivity SaaS delivery and translate it into executable programs
Lead and scale a global delivery organization, hiring, mentoring, and developing senior PMs and engineers
Partner with product, engineering, sales, and customer success to align roadmaps with customer outcomes and business goals
Establish delivery governance, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across programs
Develop and track key performance indicators (time to value, time to market, reliability, uptime, customer satisfaction)
Ensure security, privacy, and compliance standards are embedded in delivery practices
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance across regions

Qualifications

12+ years of SaaS delivery or related experience; 5+ years in leadership of large delivery teams
Proven track record delivering complex SaaS programs with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
Experience with agile methodologies and data-driven decision making
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
