This role ensures clear, compliant, and compelling responses to RFPs and RFIs, partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize win probability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid/proposal process for strategic opportunities.
• Develop winning bid strategies, themes, and messaging aligned with Axon's value propositions.
• Coordinate input from cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions, Legal, Finance, and Product.
• Manage timelines, assign ownership, and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure proposals are compliant, accurate, and tailored to customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with experience in RFP/RFI responses.
• Project management and multi-stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Data-driven storytelling and ability to synthesize technical information for non-technical audiences.
• 3+ years in bid/proposal management, sales enablement, or related field.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
