Senior Bid Strategist, Proposals

Axon is seeking a Senior Bid Strategist, Proposals to lead bid strategy and proposal development for competitive opportunities. This role collaborates with Sales Enablement, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to craft compelling, compliant proposals that win business.

Responsibilities

• Develop win themes and response strategies for high-stakes proposals
• Lead cross-functional proposal teams, coordinating content, schedules, and milestones
• Draft, edit, and tailor RFP responses, statements of work, and proposals
• Manage proposal calendars, deadlines, and submission processes
• Analyze feedback and win/loss data to improve future bids
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Legal to ensure compliance and branding

Qualifications

• 5+ years in bid management, proposals, or sales enablement (senior level)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
