Senior Bid Strategist, Proposals at Axon in Scottsdale, Arizona. You will own the development and execution of bid and proposal strategies to win key opportunities. This role requires collaboration across Sales Enablement, Sales, Legal, Product, and Compliance to craft compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs and to build winning themes and messaging for proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end proposal process from kickoff to submission
Develop win themes, value propositions, and customer-specific messaging
Coordinate subject matter experts across functions and manage proposal schedules
Review proposals for clarity, cohesion, and compliance with requirements
Maintain proposal assets, templates, and knowledge base; drive continuous improvement
Analyze feedback from wins/losses to improve future bids
Ensure alignment with pricing strategy and contract terms

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in bid/proposal development or sales enablement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
Experience with RFP/RFI processes and proposal automation tools
Proficiency with CRM and data tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bids simultaneously
