Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end proposal process for high-value opportunities, including RFP/RFI responses
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop win themes, pricing strategies, and compliant content
Draft, edit, and finalize proposals ensuring accuracy and narrative quality
Manage timelines and project plans across multiple bids simultaneously
Mentor junior bid professionals and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

5-10+ years of bid management, proposals, or capture management; SaaS or public safety experience preferred
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Experience with government procurement processes and contract negotiation
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
