Job Description

Axon is seeking a skilled Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role focuses on the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (including CPQ and Billing) to support our sales and revenue operations.

Role Overview

The Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Revenue Cloud, ensuring data integrity, effective user management, secure access, and reliable reporting. The role requires collaboration with Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, and Finance to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

Administer Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing) including configuration, customization, and release management
Manage user access, roles, and security controls to protect sensitive data
Maintain data quality, execute data loads, migrations, and data validation rules
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support revenue forecasting and sales performance
Collaborate with Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, and Finance to implement process improvements and new system capabilities
Support integrations between Revenue Cloud and other systems (ERP/Finance, CRM, and related tools)
Troubleshoot issues, provide end-user training, and create documentation for processes and dashboards

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing
Salesforce Admin certification is preferred; Revenue Cloud experience highly desirable
3+ years of Salesforce administration or related experience
Experience with data management, data quality, and reporting in Salesforce
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Finance teams
