Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator at Axon
Axon is seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator to configure and maintain Salesforce Revenue Cloud (Billing, CPQ) to support Sales and Finance operations from our Atlanta, GA area.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including Billing and CPQ components
- Ensure data integrity and smooth integration with ERP and other systems
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and access controls
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Manage sandboxes, deployments, and change management processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (Billing/CPQ)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, objects, and security
- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, sandboxes, and deployment tools
- Experience integrating Revenue Cloud with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Additional Revenue Cloud or Salesforce certifications
