Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator at Axon

Axon is seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator to configure and maintain Salesforce Revenue Cloud (Billing, CPQ) to support Sales and Finance operations from our Atlanta, GA area.

Responsibilities

Configure and administer Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including Billing and CPQ components
Ensure data integrity and smooth integration with ERP and other systems
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and access controls
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Manage sandboxes, deployments, and change management processes

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (Billing/CPQ)
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or equivalent
Strong understanding of CRM data models, objects, and security
Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have

Familiarity with Salesforce DX, sandboxes, and deployment tools
Experience integrating Revenue Cloud with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Additional Revenue Cloud or Salesforce certifications
