Role Overview

As a Roadshow Coordinator at Axon, you will plan and execute roadshows that showcase Axon’s products to customers, partners, and stakeholders. This on-site role is based in Boston and requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to deliver engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for roadshows and event programs including scheduling, venue selection, travel, and accommodations.
Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful events.
Assist with booth setup, product demos, collateral, and on-site attendee engagement.
Track budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting to measure success and drive improvements.
Provide on-site support during events and rapidly resolve issues as they arise.
Prepare pre-event communications and post-event follow-ups to support lead generation and pipeline development.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or related roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Willingness to travel as needed and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
