Overview

Axon is seeking a Roadshow Coordinator to plan and execute roadshows and on-site events. You will coordinate logistics, travel, venues, vendors, and on-site operations in support of Axon's marketing goals. This role collaborates with Marketing and Sales to deliver engaging experiences and measurable results.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute roadshows, trade shows, and customer events
Coordinate travel, lodging, and per diem for event teams
Manage venues, contracts, vendors, and on-site staffing
Work with Marketing and Sales to ensure branding, messaging, and ROI
Track budgets and report on event outcomes

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience coordinating events or roadshows
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Flexibility to travel as needed
Proficiency with event management tools and platforms
