Quality Inspector II at Axon

Axon is seeking a Quality Inspector II to join our Scottsdale, Arizona team. In this hands-on role, you will perform inspections to ensure products meet design specifications and quality standards. You will work with precision measuring tools, document results, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues. This position supports a fast-paced production environment and requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Role Overview

Perform visual and dimensional inspections using standard tools to verify conformance to specifications.
Document inspection results and track quality data for trend analysis.
Identify and communicate defects, working with manufacturing to implement corrective actions.
Assist in calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment as needed.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and quality management system requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints and use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
