Program Coordinator, FususCONNECT at Axon

Axon is seeking a Program Coordinator to support FususCONNECT deployments within the Customer Enablement and Deployment Operations teams. This role is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and reports to the Program Operations leadership.

Responsibilities

Coordinate program activities and timelines for FususCONNECT deployments.
Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage action items.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Enablement, Engineering, Sales, and Support.
Prepare and maintain program documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
Assist with onboarding and customer adoption activities; support customer success initiatives.
Identify risks, escalate issues, and help implement mitigation plans.

Requirements

Experience in program coordination, project management, or operations (1-3 years preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, project management software).
Ability to work cross-functionally and remotely with internal teams and customers.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
