Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager, Fleet to lead and deliver fleet-related professional services engagements for our customers. You will partner with customers to deploy Axon Fleet solutions, oversee project delivery, and manage a team of consultants. Responsibilities include scoping engagements, resource planning, project execution, risk management, and ensuring successful implementation. The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience in professional services, fleet operations, public safety technology, or related fields, with strong program management, stakeholder management, and a customer-first mindset. This is a hands-on, leadership role based in Scottsdale, AZ with occasional travel to meet client needs.
