Production Planner at Axon
Axon is seeking a Production Planner to support manufacturing operations in Kassel, Germany. This on-site role collaborates with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure efficient production planning and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production orders to meet demand and inventory targets.
- Monitor capacity, lead times, and material availability to maintain smooth production flow.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure accurate master data and on-time material delivery.
- Analyze production performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of production planning or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Kassel, Germany and collaborate cross-functionally.
