Role: Payroll Accounting & Mobility Clerk

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (on-site). The role focuses on payroll accounting and the administration of the mobility program within the People/Finance teams.

Role Overview

The Payroll Accounting & Mobility Clerk will support the monthly payroll process, maintain accurate payroll data, administer employee mobility reimbursements, and assist with internal controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

Process and reconcile payroll transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Administer mobility program reimbursements and related documentation
Assist with payroll tax compliance, benefits deductions, and year-end processes
Maintain accurate employee master data and payroll records
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners as needed
Prepare routine payroll reports and respond to inquiries

Qualifications

1-3 years of payroll or accounting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency with spreadsheets and payroll systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA
