Payroll Accounting & Mobility Clerk

Axon is seeking a Payroll Accounting & Mobility Clerk to join our team in Sterling, Virginia. This on-site role supports payroll processing, accounting entries, and mobility-related reimbursements, collaborating with Finance and HR to ensure accurate payroll records and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data and postings with accuracy and timeliness
• Support payroll reconciliations and month-end close
• Maintain payroll files and documentation
• Assist with mobility-related reimbursements and policy administration
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to ensure compliance and audit readiness

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, accounting, or related fields (entry to mid level)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with payroll systems
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
