Payroll Accounting & Mobility Clerk

Overview

Payroll Accounting & Mobility Clerk at Axon is a role within the Finance team responsible for payroll operations and the administration of the mobility program for our US-based employees. You will work closely with the Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, timely reimbursements, and compliant recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Administer mobility program, including reimbursements and allowances.
• Maintain payroll and compensation records in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and assist with employee questions.
• Support month-end close, audits, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in payroll or accounting.
• Familiarity with payroll systems, general ledger, and HRIS.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
