Axon is a leading technology company focused on public safety solutions. This role supports the delivery and adoption of the FususCONNECT platform at customer sites.
Role: On-site Program Coordinator, FususCONNECT
This on-site role coordinates tasks, schedules, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing use of the FususCONNECT platform at client sites. You will serve as a liaison between customers and Axon product/engineering teams, helping to deliver value and ensure customer success.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and training for FususCONNECT at customer sites.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and project documentation.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and keep initiatives on track.
- Collect feedback, assist with deployment planning, and track success metrics.
- Support on-site logistics and coordination for field activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of program coordination, project coordination, or related experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
