Manufacturing Supervisor (Onsite - Phoenix)

Overview

Axon is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor (Onsite - Phoenix) to lead daily manufacturing operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will supervise a production team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and collaborate with maintenance and quality groups to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor
• Schedule production, assign tasks, monitor performance metrics and ensure on-time delivery
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all safety procedures
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles and process optimization
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment uptime and with quality for defect reduction
• Coach, develop, and evaluate team members; conduct performance feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory or team lead role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and performance metrics
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to a safe work environment
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ
