Axon is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor (Nights) to lead the night shift in our Phoenix, Arizona facility. This on-site role focuses on safe, efficient production, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all activities of the night shift manufacturing team
Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, compliant work environment
Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
Prioritize tasks, schedule staffing, and coordinate with maintenance and material handling
Ensure product quality meets specifications; investigate deviations and implement corrective actions
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members

Qualifications

Experience leading manufacturing or production teams, preferably on a night shift
Strong understanding of safety standards and quality control
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to changing production needs and shift schedules
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen) is a plus
