Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of NIBRS initiatives
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, data, and compliance
Track progress, manage risk, and provide regular status updates to leadership
Ensure compliance with NIBRS requirements and applicable data standards
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors as needed
Develop and manage budgets and resource plans

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience with NIBRS, FBI NIBRS standards, or federal data reporting
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
