Axon is seeking a Manager, NIBRS to lead National Incident-Based Reporting System initiatives in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering NIBRS projects on time, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver NIBRS-related initiatives on schedule and within budget.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with stakeholders across product, compliance, and data teams.
Ensure NIBRS data standards and reporting requirements are met.
Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of project or program management experience (preferably in public safety, law enforcement, or NIBRS domains).
Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; project management certification a plus.
