Manager, Go-to-Market Readiness

Job Description

Axon is seeking a Manager, Go-to-Market Readiness to lead cross-functional efforts that prepare products, messaging, enablement, and sales processes for successful market launches. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align pricing, packaging, training, and go-to-market playbooks with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market readiness initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
• Develop, document, and maintain GTM playbooks and processes.
• Coordinate enablement programs and training for sales teams.
• Define readiness metrics and report on launch readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure pricing, packaging, and messaging are aligned with market needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in go-to-market, sales enablement, or commercial operations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement tools.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
