Manager, Embedded Services (Suffolk County)

Overview

Axon is seeking a Manager, Embedded Services (Suffolk County) to lead a high-performing Technical Account Management team delivering post-sales support, implementation guidance, and customer enablement for Axon's embedded services products. This on-site role in New York will partner with sales, product, and engineering to ensure successful deployments and ongoing customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers delivering post-sales support and embedded services programs.
• Own customer relationships, driving successful deployments, adoption, and ongoing value realization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align on customer needs and product enhancements.
• Develop and execute account plans, set performance goals, and manage escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and renewals through strong customer enablement and success metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related field; prior leadership/people management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Technical aptitude with experience in software/hardware integration, APIs, and complex deployments.
• Proven track record of delivering customer value in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: on-site in New York, NY area (Suffolk County).
